The firm represents clients in the formation of business entities including the corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), limited partnerships (LPs), family limited partnerships (FLPs) limited liability partnerships (LLPs), general partnerships, and professional associations. In determining the appropriate choice of entity type to best meet the client's goals, the firm considers liability issues along with federal income, employment, and transfer tax issues as well as Texas franchise tax issues.

Organization documents and ancillary documents prepared by the firm include certificates of formation, by laws, company agreements, partnership agreements, and shareholder agreements.
