Co-Managing Shareholder
Jennifer Ainsworth's trial practice focuses on patent and intellectual property, commercial, tort, and energy litigation. She regularly handles large contract disputes and represents major technology and electronic manufacturing companies in various patent infringement cases in the Eastern District and Western District of Texas. Ms. Ainsworth has extensive first chair trial experience in federal and state court. Ms. Ainsworth has also represented national and local companies in complex commercial litigation, as well as insurance companies and insureds in catastrophic accidents, wrongful death, personal injury and product liability matters. She also serves as corporate and general counsel to local oil and gas and banking businesses.
