Jennifer Ainsworth's trial practice focuses on patent and intellectual property, commercial, tort, and energy litigation. She regularly handles large contract disputes and represents major technology companies in patent infringement cases in the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. Ms. Ainsworth has extensive first chair trial experience in federal and state court.
