Ms. Caserta focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, business formations, and oil, gas, and real estate transactional and title work. She has handled both large and small estates with oil, gas, and real estate properties located across the country. She also prepares oil and gas title opinions, letter agreements, Farmout agreements, assignments and related documents. She assists oil companies and land owners with negotiations for leases and rights-of-way.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Caserta gained invaluable experience working as an oil and gas landman, and as a commercial real estate appraiser in Dallas. These fifteen plus years of experience provide her with a unique perspective to her client's needs and legal issues.
