Jennifer Ainsworth's practice focuses on patent and intellectual property, commercial, tort, and energy litigation. She regularly handles large contract disputes and represents major technology and electronic manufacturing companies in various patent infringement cases in the Eastern District of Texas. Ms. Ainsworth has first chair trial experience in federal and state court. Ms. Ainsworth has also represented insurance companies and insureds in catastrophic accident, wrongful death, personal injury and product liability matters.
